AFTER SCHOOL WELLNESS PROGRAMS

The L.E.A.D. After-School Wellness Program is designed to strengthen the physical, mental, and social well-being of students through structured fitness, education, and mentorship. Offered free of charge to schools and families, the program provides elementary and middle school students with access to certified coaches, structured workouts, nutrition education, and leadership development, all within a safe, supportive environment that encourages personal growth and community connection.

Each session integrates strength training, speed and agility work, mindfulness, and teamwork exercises, helping students build confidence, discipline, and resilience. Participants also learn the fundamentals of healthy living, from understanding proper nutrition to developing routines that promote consistency and goal-setting.

Through the L.E.A.D. Program, we’ve seen measurable improvements in physical health, classroom focus, self-esteem, and peer relationships. Students report feeling stronger, more motivated, and more confident in their ability to overcome challenges both in and out of school. Teachers and parents have noticed positive shifts in behavior, attendance, and attitude — a reflection of the deeper purpose behind L.E.A.D.: to build leaders through education, athletics, and development.

L.E.A.D. Basketball League

The L.E.A.D. Basketball League was created to give young athletes a positive, structured, and uplifting environment to grow both on and off the court. Every game is guided by coaches and mentors who lead with purpose, ensuring each player feels supported and inspired to reach their full potential. Through the L.E.A.D. Basketball League, we’re not only developing better athletes, we’re developing stronger leaders for our communities.
